We are continuing to strive to deliver child-centred care and the best possible outcomes for children, young people and their families under the current circumstances.  

It is our intention to cause as little disruption as possible and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience that you may experience during this time.

 

Accessing Rise: Making a referral during the COVID-19 UK response

We continue to support children and young people. You can make a referral to Rise via the Rise Navigation Hub on 0300 200 2021 Monday to Friday between 8.00am to 6.00pm.

For urgent calls, for children and young people who are experiencing a mental health crisis contact the Rise Crisis team:  Freephone 08081 966798 (select Option 2)

This is service is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, with an advice-only service outside the core hours of 8am-8pm.

If you are concerned about a child or young person’s emotional wellbeing, we recommend that you use the Dimensions Tool. This offers immediate support and guidance, tailored to the child’s needs based upon completion of a questionnaire.

Community-based Events, Professional Training and Consultations

In line with Government advice, to limit the spread of COVID-19 ‘Coronavirus’, coffee mornings, workshops and drop-in events are no longer taking place. We are still available via telephone for professional consultations and parent-carer consultations.

Appointment at our Rise Clinics

To keep our young people, families and staff as safe as possible during the development of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak, as per national guidance, we are now moving the majority of our appointments to the telephone. A member of the team will be in contact to confirm the details. There’s no need to call our Navigation Hub to confirm your appointment, as we will contact you.
