Rise Community Offer

Our Rise Community Offer has developed for Children, Young People, Families and our wider communities to offer support, information and guidance on mental health. We work with communities and other partners to develop an offer, and provide 1-1 consultations, trainings, coffee mornings, group sessions, drop in’s to Children, Young People, Families and professionals.

Please see below at our offer to date which will be continually added to as we have more services joining our various partnerships, please note we are currently working to expand the offer in Coventry, as we do currently in Warwickshire.

Family Information Service

If you or your family needs some information, signposting and support around areas such as affordable childcare, mediation and contact, divorce & separation, finance, health, bullying, support groups and parenting, then please get in touch with the Family Information Service. Confidential Text Support Service (Chat Health) is available for young people Coventry & Warwickshire via Chat health, a School Nurse texting service for 11-18 year olds across Coventry. The service enables students to send confidential SMS text messages to School Nurses who will provide impartial advice and support around a range of topics such as;

  • sexual health
  • emotional health
  • bullying
  • healthy eating

Chat Health Young Person Coventry - The number to text a school nurse is 07507 331949.

Parent Advice Line Coventry - Parent Line can be reached by calling 01926 626 590 between 5pm and 8pm Monday to Friday for parents to contact a school nurse to discuss any child health concerns they may have. For more information, view the website here.
