What's new?

The Rise Crisis and Home Treatment team are currently undergoing a trial of a young person held safety plan. The safety plan helps children and young people prepare to face challenges to prevent situations deteriorating into a crisis.

The safety plan trial will end soon, at which point we will be evaluating the use of the safety plan, making changes if required and then looking to roll out its use across RISE.

Look out for updates as we progress.  Take a look at the safety plan:   Rise Safety Plan - copyright.docx [docx] 788KB
