Our Services

Rise Service Sunray Rise is a family of NHS-led services providing emotional wellbeing and mental health services for children and young people in Coventry and Warwickshire.

No matter why or how you access Rise we want you to receive the right support at the right time. The Rise Navigation Hub, helps you to navigate the numerous services, so no matter where you access the service, 'no door is the wrong door'.

What's new?

The Rise Crisis and Home Treatment team are currently undergoing a trial of a young person held safety plan. The safety plan helps children and young people prepare to face challenges to prevent situations deteriorating into a crisis.

The safety plan trial will end soon, at which point we will be evaluating the use of the safety plan, making changes if required and then looking to roll out its use across RISE.

Look out for updates as we progress.  Take a look at the safety plan:   Rise Safety Plan - copyright.docx [docx] 788KB
